This is a budget deck I made for my daughter who loves owls and the color blue. The one nice thing about owls is their etb triggers, which can be abused using Essence Flux and Mirror Mockery. For example, a Mirror Mockery on a Parasitic Strix gives you a 4-point life swing each turn. Or you can put one an Augury Owl and scry 3 each turn. The deck would be a lot better with a playset of Baleful Strix, but that's not possible on a $5 budget.
