If you like inconsistent, janky decks, then this is a deck for you. 4C Mad Hatter uses the mechanics Cascade, Ripple, and Clash from the Coldsnap, Alara, and Lorwyn blocks to either power out an absurd amount of value all at once or fall flat on its face. Aims to win burning its opponent down with Thermo-Alchemist into casting spells off of Ripple and Cascade, or beating down with Squadron Hawks and Surging Sentinels . The rest of the deck focuses on pulling cards out of the deck to increase the chances of hitting with Ripple and Cascade. Sideboard focuses on being able to raise chances against control or aggro without reducing durdlyness. Since most of the cards in this deck work best in sets of 4, rotating 4 in for 4 out is usually best.
