Update Round 6 (This was a big deal) —Sept. 9, 2017
In round 6 I decided to swap Scion of the Ur-Dragon back to being my commander. 9 mana to cast The Ur-Dragon is just to steep, and I can just use Scions ability to copy him if needed. I also swapped in and out a few more cards.
Removed: Overrule, Vizier of the Menagerie, Counterspell, Disenchant, Swords to Plowshares, and O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami
Added: Swan Song, Scourge of the Throne, Utter End, Vindicate, Teferi's Protection, and Maelstrom Wanderer

Thanks Avenceslau, I took your advice and did some searching online. I ended up replacing it with Sylvan Library. Going to test that out and see how it works! I also made a handful of other changes and marked them in the 5th update.
