I created this deck while brainstorming up new ideas for standard. This deck focuses on the mechanics of “Surveil” and on the creature Etrata, the Silencer.

Basically in this deck you want to win using her, and use surveil to help top deck her. There are some other creatures that help win besides using her such as Dream Eater and Doom Whisperer. Lazav, the Multifarious helps as being a shapeshifter for either win con.
