Jace Beleren is good in Blue, so is Jace, Architect of Thought

Domri Rade is great in RG

Sorin, Lord of Innistrad and Sorin, Solemn Visitor are good for BW

Ral Zarek is good UR

Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded is stupidly broken in the right deck. If you just throw him in there because, you will probably lose because of him. for r/g, Domri Rade is pretty good, and for b/w I might look at Ajani, Caller of the Pride depending on your list

Yeah. In a not modern format, Library of Leng into Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded. Too op.

even in modern flashback/unearth/hellbent/madness all love tibalt. the really fun stuff happens when you throw him in a turbo-fog deck though........."and I ultimate tibalt to take control of that Deceiver Exarch over there"

Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker Is awesome if you can get him to the field, and he just barely makes it into the under $10 range :D

bolas is strictly casual though. if you manage to play him at competitive events than you are a far, far better player than I and should share your deck-building glory with the world

About half the walkers wizards have come out with have some degree of playability in modern as anything that generates value over time tends to be quite powerful. It more or less comes down to clever deck building and admitting the weaknesses of your brew. Regardless, my favorite unappreciated walker in modern is Jace, Architect of Thought. He fights off lingering souls all day or can be used to mini Fact or Fiction for pieces you need. I run a U/W midrange build and have 2 in the main. They've worked wonders for me.

Ajani Vengeant may be a bit over what you want, but he's amazing in the decks that can play him. Jace, Architect of Thought is another great card which you should consider for your blue sideboards.

Trying to jam walkers with no synergy with your decks isn't great. That being said, the dudes everyone mentioned are among the best possible suggestions. I'll add that Garruk Wildspeaker and Garruk Relentless  Flip can be effective in the right decks, and that Keranos, God of Storms is awesome, has walker-like power and resilience, and is about $10.

Yeah. I'll def take Keranos over Ral any day of the week.
