Hello there Azure124 here. After a month of testing with and against every deck in standard i have come to know how to play with and against these decks and i want to share this information with the tappedout community.
Junk midrange/reanimator: this is one of the best decks in standard it can cast a t3 Angel of Serenity with a good Mulch or Grisly Salvage mill. But doesn't always use reanimation as a win con.
key cards: creatures-
Angel of Serenity - exiles 3 creatures from anywhere and returns them to the hand. This allows Thragtusk Restoration Angel and other Angel of Serenity s to be reused over and over. also if Unburial Rites is cast t3 to reanimate it the opponent will generally say gg.
Thragtusk - possibly the best card in standard. when put in the same deck as Restoration Angel it becomes even better. the 5 life helps pay for the early shocking of self with any shock lands and lets you sustain with the 5 life. great target with Angel of Serenity .
mana dorks- accelerates the deck to be able to survive against quicker aggro
key cards:instants/sorceries-Unburial Rites - lets you get fatties out quickly and put large amounts of pressure on.
Lingering Souls - stall for 2 turns if needed or just extra creatures to swing with.
mill- 6-8 cards normally Mulch and Grisly Salvage are the engines what let the deck run nicely
what you need to do to win:
stop the angel chain- with Angel of Serenity being able to exile another angel to return it you can't do a lot after the 2nd or 3rd time the solution for this is to destroy it before the exile effect resolves (best case scenario) or o-ring it (still good).
don't worry about Thragtusk - this deck won't win with tusk most the time it is in there to mostly stall out the game and let angel take over. unless they have been having bad mills don't use your removal on it.
treat this like you would have treated wolf run- in wolf run you would normally see a prime time by t4-5 you can expect an angel by that time with this deck. the only difference is that they can reanimate theirs.
main board hate: they want to be able to cast a mill card t2 and have Thragtusk stall until they win
Thundermaw Hellkite - hits for five it negates Thragtusk and lets you get a few extra guys through
Thalia, Guardian of Thraben - delay their mill a turn which slows their whole deck down
Ultimate Price - they run all mono-colored creatures except Deathrite Shaman which is mostly sided
Essence Scatter - they will try to hard cast that angel, dont let it happen
Selesnya Charm - exiles all their threats
how to side for: you want some graveyard hate but remember they can still hard cast everything in their deck fairly easily
Rest in Peace - is good against this deck but isn't going to completely shut them down it delays for 1-3 turns.
Slaughter Games - this card is almost good enough to be mained in this meta where a few cards dominate what most people play
Deathrite Shaman - exile everything they chuck in their grave
interprid hero- instant speed repeated removal for their deck
Purify the Grave - makes an Unburial Rites not work twice
tell me how i did on this break down of the deck and if you want to see another deck broken down just post a link to the deck or just tell me a deck style to i.e. zombies

Very good card in Junk builds like this is Disciple of Bolas . The card advantage is too awesome.

Thanks. I have been spending a lot of time testing decks. I wanted to do something like this last standard but the meta was straight forward by the time i became good enough at magic to be able to break decks down and explain the pros and their cons. I'm thinking USA control or jund next. Any thought

USA midrange is a fun one to break down. It's definitely a fun deck as it is.
