Leyline of Sanctity

What SB can a milling deck offer to counter Leyline of Sanctity ? Apparently. if the opponent can't be targeted, mill decks might as well concede ...

Some cards for example

Shriekhorn , Grindclock ,Hedron Crab ,Keening Stone

If you're playing mill, you're probably playing blue. Into the Roil the enchantment and counter it the next time it's played.

Also, Sword of Body and Mind offers non-targeting mill while giving you the potential for an alt win con.

Geth, Lord of the Vault does the same and is made better with a Sword of Feast and Famine

bounce and counter, or splash white or green for enchantment hate a la Naturalize or Revoke Existence , or anything that destroys a permanent, like Ratchet Bomb , Argentum Armor , or Spine of Ish Sah .
