I was reading commander predictions on EDHREC today and the author, Kyle Massa said the following about Alirios, Enraptured:
"There’s no way Narcissus—I mean Alirios—is ever going above 600. (Man, I can’t get anybody’s name right today.) It’s 5/5 worth of stats, half of which you can’t use, and the scariest thing you can do is blink it several times to create…more vanilla 3/2s. This card is never going over 600. Never. In fact, if Alirios, Enraptured goes Over, I will record myself cosplaying as a Therosian minotaur and singing karaoke to Justin Bieber’s “Sorry.”
So here's the challenge mtg community, lets brew up an amazing Alirios deck to inspire more people to play him and all post our deck lists, because honestly, I really want to see a minotaur singing justin beiber

I’m not sure what “going over 600” means. Give me that little detail and I will for sure brew up a list.

Daveslab2022 It means EDHREC will have over 600 decks with that commander. Basically, a lot of people will have to make decks with him in order to cross the 600 threshold.

I love the intention behind this. I really wanna see that karaoke. One important point: As far as I know, EDHrec doesn't include data from tappedout, so uploading lists here will only help in providing awesome lists, but it won't count towards the 600.
Now to the topic:
Clones seems the way to go indeed. Helm of the Host is interesting for Alirios, as are Followed Footsteps and maybe Clone Legion. Also: Infinite Reflection, Minion Reflector, Mirror Mockery, Stolen Identity, Zndrsplt's Judgment. And permanent flicker sources should be useful, as well: Conjurer's Closet, Deadeye Navigator, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling. Oh, and if there ever was a deck to include Identity Thief, this is it.

I mean, any creature who ETB makes a token can form a loop with Nim Deathmantle and Ashnod's Altar. Then you just need something like Altar of the Brood or some other "whenever a creature enters the battlefield" effect and you have a loop. it's janky but whatever deck you build for him will be.

A new way to get around the legendary rule is to mutate a creature on top of Alirios. Alirios loses legendary, and its name becomes the name of the creature on top, but the mutated creature keeps the ability.

Go Alirios clones. Mono Blue has a ton of clone effects that can easily net you multiple tokens quickly. When the clone enters, it creates a token and then the clone is sacrificed. For example (I haven't made an Alirios deck yet), take a look at how my Keiga, the Tide Star deck works:
