Omniscience or Cyclonic Rift?

I have a Narset, Enlightened Master commander (Narset Turns). I right now in the deck have Omniscience , hoping to cast it for free with Narset's ability. However, I am thinking maybe Cyclonic Rift is better as it clears away blockers so Narset doesn't die. What do you think?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you can cast Cyclonic Rift for its Overload cost if it's exiled by Narset assuming that was your intention.

KibaAlpha you're correct, both Narset's ability and Overload are alternative ways of casting the card, so you must pick one. But I thiiiiiink the OP just wants a good card, not necessarily one to cheat in.

Omniscience is a win more card. Typically if you get a swing in with narset you should win or have so much insurmountable value that you'll win soon. Cyclonic Rift is fantastic at all points of the game.

Looking at the deck I'd say rift because you could use the removal

RNR_Gaming I think the competitive lists still use tutors to top with Enter the Infinite -> Omniscience on top -> Fury of the Horde to get another attack casting the Omniscience for the win.
Some shortcut skipping Omniscience for Jace, Wielder of Mysteries , but the fact is getting it off of a freecast lets you start getting your extra turn spells and combat spells from hand even after you Armageddon .

Rift would be the easy choice, however with your deck i think
Omniscience
would be the better choice
1st
Narset, Enlightened Master
triggered ability science would be a perfect hit while rift would be a complete wiff
2nd science interacts with 12 other key cards in your deck that , so based on the cards you have chosen for this deck science would be the "win more" card

I'm surprised not to see any unblock able or extra combats cards, i would advise

Mystic Retrieval
, &
Runic Repetition
so that you can consistently reset your library if you do go into an infinite turns loop

SynergyBuild - good seeing you back! Anyways, I feel the jeskai options have gotten so good to the point that narset has kind of fallen off competitively. It's a border line meme commander at this point. Honestly, at that point you're better just playing more turns/combat/interaction. I just wanna swing and win; I'm sure with some hyper geometric calculations we could figure out the % of cards we need to not miss.

Well, aside from combos Rift is the better card, even though I LOVE Omniscience I would make the swap :)
