Oh I absolutely love the Anger idea... but Simian Spirit Guide isn't legal anymore, do you know a different option?

Oh snap, well then, actually, I just looked and almost nothing is modern legal. My only Idea would be Blisterpod turn one into Infernal Plunge turn two, which then gives you 5 mana turn 2, but then you'd have to sacrifice a lot of deckspace for a specific combo

@Bookrook just some sort of land destruction spell to hit Inkmoth Nexus or something.... the drawback is a non issue with all of the various draw/landcycling so long as you dont blow up the triome

Looks like a solid domain build, love to see the return to form with the classic Tarmogoyfs and Bolts, not really sure what else Domain likes to run these days but Phlage seems pretty spicy in here too. Looks like a strong build, my only question is why Spell Snare over Stubby D?

Thanks capwner! Honestly its because I only have one copy of Stubborn Denial and keep forgetting to pick up another lol... I'll split it for now but certainly plan to follow through on double stub.

Stub is definitely the classic choice for domain, I can see reasons for choosing Snare though particularly being able to counter 2-drop creats like Psychic Frogs and Ajanis

sultai triome is incorrect as it does not tap for escaped phlage, try the grixis or abzan one. I would also advise a basic plains over one of the mountains

I can see that... to be honest I was pretty proud of my mana base (ive never really been good at making a mana base)... I will look into the Abzan Indatha Triome I think because my fetch lands are focused on grabbing Forests... I do already own Jetmir's Garden but I figured just getting closer to domain was correct with Zagoth Triome. I'll look into it thanks!

Have you considered adding fast mana to the deck? Because, I think you want to consistently be able to cascade your turn three at the latest, turn two would be better. If you can cast cathartic reunion turn one, cascade turn two, and if you discard an Anger, you could win by turn three. So, something like Simian spirit guide might be good?
