Adjustments After Initial Playtest —Feb. 13, 2023

Removed a lot of token generators from the deck such a Crawling Chorus, Goliath Hatchery, Infested Fleshcutter, and Stinging Hivemaster. While these cards will serve our purpose of putting creatures on the battlefield and creating mite tokens. They are pretty vanilla creatures other than that. Really the problem I found when playing this deck was having not enough card advantage, or poison counters on players. However, Vishgraz, the Doomhive was there always reliably generating mites for me or just overall being a problem for my opponents. Even if I couldn't use her to generate mites, people didn't want to swing into me.

Therefore, I have decided to focus on Vishgraz, the Doomhive as the primary token generator and then add more card advantage | recursion | poison counters using Infectious Inquiry, Unnatural Restoration, Species Specialist, and Night's Whisper. Also traded Myr Convert for Phyrexian Reclamation. Vishgraz likely will generate a lot of heat, so need something to recur her or any creatures that we play.

Finally, traded Grafted Exoskeleton for Conjurer's Closet, the thinking is that my mite generation should be the main way i am creating infect / toxic pressure. I really want to put Cloudshift and Tainted Strike in here if anyone has any recs on what to cut lmk.

Removed Trailblazer's Boots and a Forest for Rogue's Passage and Ephemerate.
