My strategy with this deck was to build something that was hard to block. I have several creatures with "cannot be blocked" as their text as well as a lot of flying. I played it for the first time at friday night magic last week, and I encountered several problems with it: - Bad mana curve: I had a handful of very low cost creatures like Mist-Cloaked Herald which got out fast and did a little bit of damage before the opponent had a chance to play anything to retaliate, and then I had a lot of higher cost creatures. But I didn't have any thing in the middle, so when the opponent got rid of my low cost creatures, I still didn't have the mana to play any of my higher cost creatures, and I would usually end up losing somewhere in the middle game. - my low cost creatures didn't have enough of an impact early game to make any difference. I had several instants that would give my creatures +1/+1 or so, but they only lasted til the end of the turn, which didn't help a whole lot.
