This deck is a mono blue investigate/mill deck. The win conditions are either milling your opponent with cards like Startled Awake, Sphinx's Tutelage, and Fleeting memories; or getting out a Mechanized Production and getting an excess of clue tokens with the help of cards like Tamiyo's Journal, Erdwal Illuminator. This deck has some nice control capabilities with Consulate Skygate, Propaganda, Skyline Cascade, and Wall of Frost as well as the sideboard which is more geared towards countering other counter decks/burn decks.
