Whole concept here is to ensure that every creature in play has a +1/+1 counter and that the mana curve remains low. Benefits of having +1/+1 counters include gaining trample, gaining flying, getting fatter, drawing a ton of cards at instant speed / indestructible creatures and larger support creatures. Comments and suggestions about how to make this deck quicker and more lethal are welcome. If you liked the deck +1's are a great way to show it!

Creatures

Abzan Falconer: Gives everything on my team with a +1/+1 counter flying. Can also be fetched by Collected Company.

Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit: A 2/2 for two mana that gives my other guys +1/+1 counters is a great card in this deck and has fun interaction with Collected Company, Inspiring Call and Hardened Scales.

Avatar of the Resolute: While this guy does not enter with +1/+1 counters he can. Also has the benefit of being able to be fetched with Collected Company.

Chronicler of Heroes : This guy is a 3/3 for three who will almost always draw a card on his ETB. Can also be fetched with Collected Company.

Salt Road Quartermasters A 3/3 for three mana is ok but he has awesome interactions in this build. He has the advantage of entering with +1 counters so he can potentially have flying and trample when he comes in. Has interesting interactions with most cards in this deck but above all else he can get almost infinitely bigger with Hardened Scales and his built in ability. Thanks to this you can pretty much pay 3 mana to put a +1/+1 counter on him. Can also be fetched with Collected Company.

Servant of the Scale : A turn one play that modulars when he dies. Odds are he will have more than one +1/+1 counter on him when he dies so having him as a blocker of being killed is usually no big deal. Can also be fetched with Collected Company.

Tuskguard Captain : Gives my other guys with +1/+1 counters trample. Worst case he can outlast for one mana. Can also be fetched with Collected Company.

Utility

Collected Company: Great tutor spell that easily spits out two creatures for 4 mana at instant speed.

Dromoka's Command: Gives one of my guys a +1/+1 counter and does a ton of other stuff.

Inspiring Call: Ideally this thing will draw me a ton of cards and make my guys indestructible for the turn. So bottom line it is a nice combat trick that draws cards as well.

Citidel Siege: On the off chance my guys do not have +1/+1 counters on them this will ensure that they receive them. Can also be used defensively if needed.

Hardened Scales: Turn one or at any other point this card is a SOLID addition to the build. Increased how fat my guys get. Helps anafenza's bolster ability and increases the number of counters my creatures ETB with.
