Silverblade Paladin is a must. Silver-Inlaid Dagger seems a little slow. Rally the Peasants might be a little better than Dynacharge due to flashback in ally colors. How's Fencing Ace working for you? Maybe more +X/+0 creatures would be better for synergy with it.

I like the idea of Silverblade Paladin . Fencing Ace has been a real winner for me in this deck with all the pump (9 cards that can pump), but i like the paladin for that double strike role as well.

I have been treating the dagger as a 3 drop for the purposes of balancing. If i take the dagger out not sure what else to replace it with. Dynacharge gives me alot of flexibility by letting me choose to pump one guy now (for quasi-removal or a cheap shot) or all guys later for an alpha strike.

Took one Crusader of Odric and one Fencing Ace out to insert two Silverblade Paladins.

I also run boros humans: In the Blink of an Eye... so I might have a few suggestions for you.

1. The biggest problem I had with my deck was T1 Champion of the Parish , T2 Ash Zealot , T3 Silverblade Paladin . Its impossible unless you Cavern of Souls T1. Lightning Mauler is slightly easier but it still require a rather specific land drop combination. I've come to the conclusion from testing my deck that you cannot reliably run Champion of the Parish AND Ash Zealot without taking a rather significant blow to your tempo which is crucial in aggro.
2. I would recommend taking out Crusader of Odric , she at best in your deck a vanilla 4/4 on turn 3, but most of the time she will just be a vanilla 3/3 on T3 which isn't that great. So I'd say swap them out for two more Lightning Mauler .
3. Fiend Hunter is good, but another Kessig Malcontents and Gore-House Chainwalker would probably help ya out more

Made some adjustments based on feedback. Now it has better tempo and some more oomph. Zealous Conscripts becomes a late game finisher.

Deck was a tad too slow when fighting a G/W human deck. I stopped playing boros after the berserker from M12 cycled out...

I find Mikaeus, the Lunarch too slow. I would suggestion trimming creatures and using more 4-ofs for consistency. I would fold Mikaeus, the Lunarch into Lightning Mauler , and then drop Gore-House Chainwalker into Nearheath Pilgrim and Zealous Conscripts (to make him a 3-of). The only other thing I might suggest is something other than card:Devil's Play, perhaps Thunderous Wrath . At its worst, it is the same cost for a 5 damage card:Devil's Play, at its best it is (R) for 5 damage.

I like the suggestions but prefer to wait at this time to see how it works tonight at my FNM. I may make some changes depending on how it does.

Looks good, but what is Knight of Glory doing here?

Stonewright seems strange to me in this list. With only 10 red sources for pump in your list, I think a better card can be found. For straight up aggro, Stromkirk Noble or even Vexing Devil seem better. For human synergy, Kruin Striker or Gather the Townsfolk are better.
