Powerstone Mine is a deck built around card draw. Create a plethora of power stones and use them to activate the Folio of Fancies to draw your entire deck.

Jace, Wielder of Mysteries is the first win-con, draw everything!

Folio of Fancies is the second win-con, mill out your opponent!

A sub win-con is to use cards like Jace's Projection to beat your opponent with a giant stick. This will also work by creating the 0/0 construct tokens with Urza's Command.

Important features of this deck:

Paradox Engine: will allow this deck to get close enough to infinite to win in one turn once all the pieces are in place.

Karn, Living Legacy: Create power stones and use -1 to search the entire deck for the win-cons. He can also be ult for another win-con/removal.

Urza, Powerstone Prodigy: drawing more cards and discarding cheap artifacts to create more powerstones. This is why bag of holding is in the deck.

Wizard Class: Power up ANY card to terrifying proportions.

Xanathar, Guild Kingpin: The only control in the deck. Can be replaced by something better, but it at least stops the opponent from interfering directly when you draw everything.
