EDIT: I was looking through the list and I saw that you had no sweepers. Could you not use something like Supreme Verdict or Damnation in the sideboard, if not the mainboard?

Why do you need white? Modern decks this days already play around searching and fetching on their deck. Wouldn't it be more solid with just blue and black?

It's primarily for sideboard tech. Even if he wasn't running mainboard Paths, White provides access to sideboard staples like Disenchant, Rest in Peace, and Stony Silence.

Sergal -- Why Disenchant over Fragmentize? I'm not sure that instant speed justifies double the CMC in this case.
