'Tis about time this list is updated. As such, I have cut Skirge Familiar, Hypnotic Spectre, Buried Alive, Dread Return, Abhorrent Overlord, and Go for the Throat. In return for the departed comes Phyrexian Arena, Coldsteel Heart, Arcane Signet, Wretched Confluence, Everflowing Chalice, and Night's Whisper.
Wrynfroe - For a twenty-year-old card , that text box it obscenely powerful. This is one of the first decks I built for the format, and 'tis my current oldest surviving commander.
I shall look upon your list when I have time, and thank you very much for the adulation!

Chainer is my absolute favorite commander and I'm glad one of your comments on a Tergrid Deck led me here.
