Conspiracy 2 Update —Sept. 1, 2016
This is the deck most changed by Conspiracy 2. This set had a lot of great reprints and new cards that fit the theme of the deck.
Adding:
Expropriate: The CMC is very high but it is definitely on theme with the deck. I'm going to see if it's high mana cost is worth it.
Grenzo, Havoc Raiser: this card was too fun to pass up. It's on theme with using opponents' weapons against them
Stunt Double: I like the idea of a clone with flash. This allows for combat shenanigans or pseuo-haste.
Besmirch: May be too small of an effect but I'll try it out. I like the idea of goading the creature that's stolen so that it has to attack someone else. It's almost like getting two attacks out of the creature for the price of one.
Serum Visions: Now that it's reprinted it's reasonably priced. It's my least favourite when compared with Brainstorm, Preordain, and Ponder but may still be worth a shot.
Desertion: Took the place of Confiscate. It's one mana less and can either steal or act as a counterspell.
Mnemonic Wall: Took the place of Call to Mind. Same effect but this deck is light on creatures so having a wall as a blocker can be handy.
Nice deck +1. Could you review and upvote my St Traft Azorius Duel? Thanks

casey, unfortunately I don't believe Sundial of the Infinite works that way. It's confusing but I believe that "until end of turn" effects still happen. If not, the best it would do is let me hang on to something until my first opponent's end step (and not indefinitely). I appreciate you taking the time to make a suggestion :)

Pretty sure it works with cards like Zealous Conscripts. At the end step, it triggers to send back, you end the turn in response to that trigger while it's on the stack, and it never resolves.

Have you ever considered putting in Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Boseiju, Who Shelters All to avoid your spells to be countered?

Hipparchos, thanks for the suggestions. Those would be great additions. They're a little $$$ pricey for what they do though. If I ever pick up copies, they will certainly go in.
ThePavlova, I've thought about Memnarch. I even considered him for my commander (I decided I wanted to have red in the deck though). Yeah, his ability is very mana-intensive though and this isn't a super rampy deck. Thanks for the suggestion :)

What about Sundial of the Infinite perhaps? Lets you permanently hang onto whatever you steal
