A rough draft of an izzet deck i plan on running in return to ravnica.this deck doesnt rely on any combos but the electromancer and guttersnipe do help tremendously. Epic experiment can expose counters like syncopate, these are to be exiled for nivmagus elemental, nothing goes to waste. Niv mizzet and hypersonic dragon are big and scary . Delver works with nivmagus elemental and blistercoil weird for strong early threats. This is sprinkled with counter and burn to hopefully create a powerfull izzet deck
