This deck is a simple gimmicky I win deck. The card Near-Death Experience says "At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have exactly 1 life, you win the game." Simple and to the point. So all you do with this deck is resolve a copy of Near-Death Experience and get your life total to 1 as fast as you can. To insure that happens in a prompt and friendly fashion without your plan getting disrupted, the rest of the deck are choice cards to help get you to your win.

Card Choices:

Aegis of the Gods: Increases your Sphere of Safety count. Puts a body on the field to protect you from attackers. Supports Worship and, best of all, grants you hexproof as long as it stays on the field.
Cleansing: This card is deceptive and your opponents will not realize it's potential until it is resolving. This card will let you drive your life total very low depending on how much land is on the field. You cast this spell, then happily spend your life total saving all of your lands and all of your opponents as well. In multiplayer this can easily get you to your 1 life goal.
Darksteel Mutation: This excellent card has 2 purposes in this deck. The first is to stop any creature in play that can hurt your win condition or path to victory. The second is to cast this on one of your own creatures to assure you always have a creature in play to maintain your Worship drawback. Great card.
Immolating Souleater: This is the best creature for losing your life total in a hurry. With Phyrexian Fire-breathing, you can just spend yourself down into single digits at instant speed. and if no one is there to block it, you can hit an opponent for a solid chunk of their own life total.
Near-Death Experience: Centerpiece of the deck and the why of it. Resolve this card, get your life total to 1 and win the game!
Phyrexian Rebirth: Great sweeper for creature strategies. It is in theme with the deck. And it gives you a creature so you still support your Worship in play.
Porcelain Legionnaire: Is a great early drop creature that will also let you whittle down your own life total.
Sphere of Safety: Super Fort card that will let you stop aggro strategies of your opponents. With 20 enchantments in the deck it is likely you can prevent creature attacks.
Suspension Field: I am currently alternating this card with Seal of Cleansing and have not made up my mind which i prefer. Seal of Cleansing is a very underrated card particularily in casual play.
Worship: What it says on the tin. Either your opponents will stop throwing damage your way or they will almost guarantee a win for you once you get your Near-Death Experience into play.
