the thing about olivia is that she is control. if you have a decent board state and you have momentum in your favor (as you often will) then yes, aristocrat is by far the better choice. but as an option for a game that seems like it may take more than the usual 5-6 turns, olivia is hard to beat and she gives you a nice mid-late game option for removal with a body (aka a 2-for1... potentially a 3-for1 in that you can then steal the creature giving you a body, removal and another body.) having an option like that is never a bad thing.
but if you do cut her (among other things) for control or draw, i might suggest something like Browbeat over altar's reap as the sac requirement can be hard to fulfill at times. with a deck like this, i dont think you would often care too much about whichever decision they make. or maybe Reforge the Soul or Wheel of Fortune .
i would also do 2 Doom Blade and 2 Go for the Throat over your current set up. doing so allows some more flexibility for your side board in that if you are against a black deck, you only need to side out the 2 Doom Blade s rather than 4. and if you are against an artifact deck, you only need to side out 2 Go for the Throat s rather than all 4.

Cutting Increasing Devotion for another Gather the Townsfolk
As in the current playtests, I don't see Olivia Voldaren causing much trouble.
In 4 of 5 hands I have to choose wether to pick her or Falkenrath Aristocrat , decision is simple
So I think of taking her out and add some more control
Will then test a bit and if my deck is strong enough without Olivia, I will put out the two Blade of the Bloodchief and one Stromkirk Captain for Blightning and/or Altar's Reap
