I was bored pile of cards which cost 1 cent and the commander costs 5 cents, so in total the deck is $6.5 if my maths is correct excluding basic lands.

Can this deck win against competitive decks? no. Can it be fun? maybe. Why would I buy this? After looking through amazon you could buy a pack of sponge, a slinky, a jar of mandarins and so many useless products while you would have many fun commander games with this masterful assembly of cards.
