This is an aggressive warriors deck built around tribal synergy. Blood-Chin Rager gives everyone menace, Herald of Dromoka gives everyone vigilance, and Arashin Foremost gives two warriors double strike. Cartouche of Solidarity, Chief of the Edge, Obsidian Battle-Axe, Raiders' Spoils, and Sightless Brawler buff. Mardu Shadowspear, Foul-Tongue Shriek, and Blood-Chin Fanatic add direct damage. Ideally, you want to attack with a bunch of warriors, play a Foul-Tongue Shriek, and then sacrifice multiple creatures to Blood-Chin Fanatic after they hit. This can add up to a massive lifeswing pretty quickly.

If you have a few extra bucks, I'd recommend substituting Bloodsoaked Champion for Mardu Shadowspear. Mindblade Render can also be substituted for Raiders' Spoils.
