This is a U/G ramp/aggro deck. Ramp mana with mana dorks and accelerated land drops until you can cast one of the big blue creatures. Then, use Whelming Wave to bounce everything except for your large, game-ending creatures back to everyone else's hand. I haven't tested this out yet, but I'm guessing that the deck would have trouble with any type of quick aggro deck.
