Unnatural Speed is better for the few arcane spells I have in the deck though. But its probably better than.... Fervor? which probably should be Mass Hysteria

Why Prophetic Prism? if you're lookig for cantrips, Relic of Progenitus might be more useful. you could also replace Unnatural Speed with Crimson Wisps or Expedite. Thousand-Year Elixir would be boss also.

You could use Barrage of Boulders and Serum Visions, and Expedite instead of Unnatural Speed. Also maybe mainboard some Mana Leaks for Refocus.

Looks pretty fun, it is definitely an interesting use of splice onto arcane. I was thinking though Unnatural Speed might be a good replacement for Into the Frey! . Since it gives your dudes haste and counts as an arcane spell. Also Overblaze could lead to some big swings, and Candles' Glow could turn an enemy Lightning Bolt into serious life gain. Could be fun.
