Lack of instants and protection worries me in a creature heavy deck. Sure you can bring zombies back, but possibly not quickly enough, and especially since your easiest win-con involves just having a boat load of zombies. I would suggest trimming down the creatures or artifacts a smidge, and stocking a few cards like Part the Veil or Time Stop or Trickbind in order to make good use of blue control in a pinch.

First of all, I believe you mean Part the Waterveil and not Part the Veil. Secondly, I would add some removal outside of the removal you have built in with your creatures. You might also work on your curve a little. perhaps Sludge Crawler?

Potential Replacements for Ondu Giant would be Yavimaya Granger or Yavimaya Dryad. Each has its own setbacks:
Yavimaya Granger can get all basic land types, but the echo cost when not abusing the mechanic is kind of crummy.
Yavimaya Dryad is limited to forests, which makes her a bad version of Wood Elves because they enter tapped.
Also, found some more blue bounce cards I want to think about: Evacuation and Part the Veil look promising. Clunkier cards I found include Inundate and Whelming Wave
More cards that fit in to the "Non-Budget Upgrades" category: Austere Command, Venser, Shaper Savant, Final Judgment, Ancestral Vision
