Tried to make a deck similar based on your card selection. I think the Up the Beanstalk is a great pay off for affinity, but for pioneer I am having some trouble getting this to be consistent. If this was modern or historic for arena ten I could see it being great because of all the artifact lands helping get the affinity rolling match faster.

Might be easier to lean into just red blue so you can use the Armor Wars as a draw payoff that might even serve as a decent damage spike?

If you are more wanting to try the temur style, I have a list I tried to put togther that you can check out here: Affinity Pioneer - Casual. The main difference is the land options, but also chagning out Bone Saw and Treasure Cruise for some affinity creatures that can be cast to trigger Up the Beanstalk - Memory Guardian + Valkyrie Aerial Unit. Reason for trimming Cruise is because you don't play much that fills grave so the card is not likely to be cast for cheap consistantly.

I like Izzet artifacts and have some good experience building this in standard. I like some of your unique card selections, but I would like to suggest some options that you may like.

Card I would advise trimming from deck in all deck suggestion would be Hard-Won Jitte as the card doesn't really syergize too well and becomes useless if you get Raphael, the Nightwatcher on the battlefield. You would be better off running mroe copies of Improvised Arsenal as the equipment provides much better stat function for your deck for the cost and has a mana sink to create copies which I have seen be useful in some matches.

Another card I would trim is the Cinder Strike and turn this into Torch the Tower. The instant speed nature of the spell make a big difference and the exile can be helpful as well. Also it pairs really well with the Mouser Foundry as you could sacrifice it for the bargain to get the token value when it leaves the battlefield and the other bonus of getting scry for the bargain even if you are burning something that doesn't need that 3rd point.

If you would like to make your deck more aggressive you could lean more into the affinity strat by using cards like Springleaf Drum, Pinnacle Emissary, Memory Guardian. These cards can help get you to the board and wide really fast. If you were to go this route I would likely take out the Casey Jones, Vigilante, Krang, Utrom Warlord, Don & Raph, Hard Science, Hard-Won Jitte for card slots. I understand the Don/Raph card gives you some good affinity discount on spells, but with this strat your spells are much cheaper or already have affinity so it's bonus would not be particualrly great helpful.

If you want to keep the Don/Raph plan for the deck then I would still suggest the Pinnacle Emissary, but would maybe try more copies of Krang, Utrom Warlord or maybe Threefold Thunderhulk as a ramp payoff to add to deck. If you do this, then you might need to trim Raphael, the Nightwatcher as the card might be awkward to play for these card synergies.

Sideboard Graveyard Hate: I would highly recommend The Ooze that also adds more artifacts to your board, but if you need a budget graveyard option then you cna go Soul-Guide Lantern.

Sideboard Removal: Abrade is a very powerful option as it lets you have a 3 damage creature burn spell that could be artifact hate if needed.

Sear or Obliterating Bolt are both good 4 damage options if you feel you want the 4 damage burn for cheap. Sear advantage is instant speed and Obliterating Bolt while sorcery speed does exile the target. I would lean more to sear as it takes out Ouroboroid if you miss it for the turn it comes down, but could be used to take it out before the combat trigger can go off.

Into the Flood Maw This spell can be good for not just bouncing creatures, but reseting cards like Cool but Rude if they have been leveled up, making htem replay and relevel to get their bonus back. Make sure if you are bouncing non-creature targets there is a reason you are doing it and not just giving them tokens for no reason.

Hope these suggestions help and best of luck with the deck.
