Right now, the deck has too many 2-ofs. In deck construction, you typically want as many 4 ofs as possible. The reason behind this is that good cards you want more of. If you have 16 sets of 2-ofs, look at those sets. Are any of those cards better than the other cards? If so, make the better set a 4-of and get rid of the lack luster set. This will make your deck much more consistent.

You are also running a lot of cards for which there are better budget alternatives. For example, Gideon's Lawkeeper is a better version of Stern Constable. Holy Day and Dawn Charm are better than Azorius Ploy, Ojutai's Command is better than Overrule. Mardu Woe-Reaper is better than Trained Caracal. Hundred-Handed One is arguably better than Guardian of the Gateless. Dungeon Geists is better than Stitched Mangler.

Then as far as deck style is concerned, you have a weird mix of control and aggro. Your creature count says aggro, but your cmc curve says control. It would seem to me like the current deck wants to function more as an aggro deck. As such, I would try to cut down on some of the higher cmc creatures and spells and simply add more early game beats and tempo spells. Those big creatures are cool and all... but why delay the game to play them when you can win 3 turns before you could even cast them. But if you have a midrange or control shell more in mind, I can direct you in a good direction for those shells as well.
