Goblin Warrens, Reflecting Mirror, and Armor Thrull are dead-on perfect. Gauntlets of Chaos fits, I think--it's best to interpret it as your right hand and someone else's right hand. Subdue is also up there. Most of the others are strong honorable mentions.
I don't want to discount your work (and thank you so much for putting in the time and effort!), but if the criteria get too loose, there's a bunch of cards that can be interpreted as some kind of first-person perspective, with the viewer at an odd angle to the action. Like Life Chisel, I'm pretty sure Knife Dude is standing just in front and to the right of the viewer. That's why I'm giving preference to visible hands coming for the lower corners--the best interpretation is that the viewer is part of the action.

@legendofa I think I have a better grasp on what you’re looking for now. I don’t want to spam the deck page, so I’ll share some potential candidates for the 1st person perspective compilation here.
These are a few that I don’t think qualify, but I’ll list them here anyway just in case:
•Subdue No hands, but definitely a spear coming in from F.P.P.
•Amulet of Kroog If it’s someone looking in a mirror, the card qualifies. Otherwise it’s just a view of someone else holding the amulet.
•Urza's Chalice Probably isn’t, but definitely could be someone looking at a cup they’re holding in their own hand.
•Energy Tap hand coming in, but the angle would be difficult/painful to replicate in first person.
•Venom same with this one. Hurts the wrist, but can be forced.
•Gauntlets of Chaos Not really sure what’s going on here. Bottom right gauntlet is F.P.P. accurate, but the upper left gauntlet coming in looks to be a second right hand. Mistake? Born with two right hands? You make the call.
•Life Chisel 99.999% sure it’s just a view of someone else’s arm/hand.
•Ring of Immortals This one might qualify. Looking at one’s own hand in that manner is odd, but can be done.
•Goblin Warrens That bottom right arm being gnawed on looks like it’s still attached to some poor sap.
The following should definitely qualify, unless I’m misunderstanding the criteria.

Primal Vigor only doubles tokens (A marker used to represent any permanent that isn’t represented by a card. See rule 110.5.) and +1/+1 counters. Any other type of counter is ignored by Primal Vigor , including both kinds of counters from infect (which are not tokens).
Infect does damage to creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters, and to players in the form of poison counters. Neither of these are +1/+1 counters.
Other counters that may seem like they should be doubled but aren't:

The +2/+2 counters from Baron Sengir and several other cards. These are not +1/+1 counters, and are not doubled.

The +1/+2 counters from Armor Thrull . Again, not +1/+1 counters.

My favorite creature of all time is (drum roll)...
Ugr, Awakened Flesh
Legendary Planeswalker - Ugr - Mythic
+1: You may sacrifice a creature. If you do, create two 1/1 black Thrull tokens. If you don't, create one of those tokens instead.
-2: Until end of turn, creatures you control have "Sacrifice this creature: Put a +1/+1 or -1/-1 counter on target creature."
-5: Thrulls you control get +3/+3 and gain lifelink, deathtouch and indestructible until end of turn.

It finally happened. A Thrullwalker! =D I'd use him!
New challenge: pick a non-creature artifact, and turn it into a creature. Like it was enchanted to gain life (like Karn almost), or it somehow evolved to gain intelligence. idk, you decide.

Hey, on this site there's only one image per card per set. Even if there's more artworks for a card such as basic lands only one of the artworks is used as the image for the card. If the artwork that's for Armor Thrull is not the artwork you want to use then the only way to use that artwork is to make an alter of Armor Thrull.
There are currently no alters for Armor Thrull view the alters here

I have bunch of "pet" cards, each one of which I am obsessed with, and will never stop sneaking into random decks.
Here's are just a few:
Armor Thrull is the best card ever printed. No wonder they banned it in Modern.
Myth Realized is another good one that I will one day break. Or it will break me.
Also, Otherworldly Outburst is quickly becoming a new favorite of mine in pauper. A free 3/2 when your red chump inevitably dies? There is nothing better.

There are some hilarious cards out there if you want some jankiness.
Archery Training for some pro sniping.
Armageddon Clock if you just wanna watch the world burn.
Armor Thrull because +1/+2 is better than +1/+1.
Azor's Elocutors...win the game? ok.
Clockwork Avian or any other clockwork dudes are funny.
Corrosion to kill all the pesky artifacts.
Djinn of Wishes is lulzy if you want more than just 3 wishes. Yes, you can wish for more wishes now.
Endless Scream because errata.
Essence Flare for a slow death.
Fylgja idk this name is just worth it.
Greater Werewolf and other oldschool werewolves have hilarious effects.
Lead-Belly Chimera and other chimera like +2/+2 counters.
There are some other goofy ways to use proliferate that are actually pretty decent.
Like getting an extra level on the level-up creatures.
Or pumping your slimes faster with Gutter Grime.
Or just ramping like a troll with Hickory Woodlot, Iceberg, or City of Shadows.
All in good fun.
