Glad to see you posting up here. I personally had a kind of hard time with a mono red deck before.
I would recommend you remove Unknown Shores you never need its ability so it's wasted in your deck. You could replace it with Forgotten Cave to help with some card draw.
Card draw is harder in red so maybe add Staff of Nin to give you a boost in that department. Hazoret's Monument helps you cast your creatures and you can cycle cards.
I think you could do without Ali Baba and Ornithopter you would be better served with more dragons. Coat of Arms would help with a double tribal theme since both would get their own bonus.
You need more ramp to cast big dragons, Fire Diamond Temple of the False God Iron Myr Worn Powerstone
