This deck idea rests on mainly two cards, Felidar Guardian , Wispweaver Angel , and Restoration Angel , who "flicker," or cause a creature you control to be exiled and brought back immediately. Usually flickering is used to cause powerful enter the battlefield effects to trigger, but what if it is used on another flickerer? You have infinite enter the battlefield flickering, but nothing that actually benefits from it, so you have spells that give an effect, such as life, +1/+1 counters, or token creatures, whenever a creature enters the battlefield , so you gain infinite of these and win on the next turn. The rest of the deck is built to support this concept.

Icatian Javelineers and Wall of Essence are both good early game disrupts to help get enough time for the combo to go off. Eager Construct , Oketra's Monument , and Skyscanner get what you need and help get it onto the field. Ephemerate is an instant for 1 that flickers and then flickers at every upkeep, helping cards like Skyscanner , Icatian Javelineers and Eager Construct do more. Soul Warden , Valor in Akros , and Genesis Chamber all give benefits for creatures entering the battlefield and create infinite combos when two flickerers target each other.
