Need Help on My Token Deck

Modern Deck Help forum

I've been working on this deck for a long time. It originally was a Mono-green deck without purpose. After dueling someone with a Green/White deck, I put white into it and started focusing on tokens. Then I had a duel with a black-red-blue deck and realized it needed more power, So I added a few enchantments and creatures that buff the creatures. Now I feel it is too slow. I want to add red to it, and speed it up. Please help. Here is the deck, Imarga's Wrath.

So, do you want a faster tokens deck? The only real tokens archetype in competitive modern is BW tokens, but if you want this to be a casual deck, there's really not much you can do except make it more consistent, and use better cards.

One thing I immediately noticed is that you're not utilizing your 60 card mainboard efficiently. There are far too many useless singletons which reduce the deck's consistency and ability to win. Decide which cards are the most important to you, and run more of them. Decide which cards you can do without, and remove them.

How competitive do you want it to be? The most competitive token deck is b/w tokens, as was stated by jex. If you want to go that route you can take a look at this:2015 B/W Token Primer and my personal token deck here:Swarm and Conquer V 2.0

I want it to have White and Green, regardless. I'm just looking for opinions on which cards to remove and, if any, cards to add.

It doesn't have to be the best, I just want it to be decently competitive.

B/W Tokens is not the end-all, be-all answer to "How to I make a token deck". While B/W is a good color for token strageties, the other colors can run tokens...once you get a little creative.

Lets start with your deck: You need more consistency. First step is to focus the deck on the goal of swarming with dudes. In general tokens work best with quantity over quality: While you may have weaker dudes than the over side, you have more of them, and in some matches more is better.

I would cut Angel of Jubilation, Kazandu Tuskcaller, Selfless Cathar, possibly Soul of Theros, your mana ramp, maybe one Dictate of Heliod, and Doubling Season. Call of the Conclave is a good token card, alongside green token makers suck as Nest Invader, Kozilek's Predator and Awakening Zone

With the right token makers it can be a fast match alongside team pumps such as Beastmaster Ascension, the classic Overrun and Overwhelming Stampede. (which lets you have quantity and quality). Here is my deck for inspiriation:

Haha... Yeah, it seems people all agree that mana ramp is poor in this kind of deck. Thank you for your suggestions!

Agreed. If you do go with ramp it should be mana dorks, but not to many unless you have enough buffs. That way once you drop a anthem or overrun effect the dorks become relevant in the late game.
