Winning with Dimir at My Local FNM: How To?

I have to admit that most of the time, Dimir gets the suckiest cards. Dragon's Maze sells Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker for less than a dollar and the only decent creature I see is AEtherling . Even Warped Physique may not work when you need it to.

In my local FNM, the prominent colors are red, green, white. Boros and Naya. The usual creatures are Angel of Serenity , Thragtusk , Deathrite Shaman , Silverblade Paladin , Loxodon Smiter , Huntmaster of the Fells  ^Flip , Obzedat, Ghost Council , Desecration Demon , Garruk, Primal Hunter , and lots of Boros weenies and Boros Charm s with accompanying Searing Spear , Pillar of Flame .

Against this really good, albeit expensive (most of them) cards, I wonder what I can do, as Dimir, to go against this onslaught of either huge or really good creatures or fast burns.

Against the said decks, guilds and cards/creatures, how can I improve this deck: The Essence of Dimir to compete?

Honestly, the B/U right now is very weak. It's extremely fun to play, but it just doesn't hold up. Hopefully, when Innistrad phases out, Mill, or B/U control will come back.
