I tried cutting some cards from my first deck to make it more focused.
1st Deck: Izzet Dragons&Drakes (Classic) New Deck: UR Dragons&Drakes (Classic) Revamp
Do you think I improved it? Which deck do you think is better?

Great! I was just reorganizing the cards I already own for the revamp, but I think it is time to swap them out for more consistency.
I've decided to save the one of cards for the commander deck I'm working on.

The revamp is better but not by any notable margin - both decks have too much inconsistency to pick up on the differences from game-to-game.
I think you need to work towards getting playsets of your cards. The following list below just uses more copies of what you’re already running, and will play significantly stronger than what you’ve got now:
