I've made about 5 commander decklists here all of which i liked at first though really didnt like after testing
REQUIREMENTS: Must be fun Also competitive but not teir 1 i like naya jeskai and bant for 3 color and azorius and selesny for two color
I also like commanders that dont just smash face i like commanders that have alot of utility

Brago, King Eternal is a super fun and potentially interactive deck. Check out my baby-competitive list titled Hail to the King. I think you might like it.

Marath, Will of the Wild is a really versatile and fun commander who's also really powerful. I used to run him as a token deck but I've also seen burn and combo. I can link my list if you'd like.

Roon of the Hidden Realm can have some really good utility in his decks, though not quite so blinktastic as brago, he has green added, which makes for more variety in deck building

So I notice by looking at your other decklists that you really like the color White. Which is fine, I too love it, keep on crusading. Now as for recommendations I think Trostani is a good one. For Selesnya I also really like Captain Sisay. She has great utility and value generation. For Azorious I like Grand Arbiter Augustin IV. He does control Like no one's business while making your stuff cost less. Moving on to three colors Bant is a fun set up. As for competitive you will want Roon of the Hidden Realm or Derevi, Empyrial Tactician which the former has been mentioned before. They are great. And for Jeskai lest we forget good ol' Narset, Enlightened Master...
Now if you were interested in branching out into different colors I would recommend Commanders like Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Daretti, Scrap Savant, Breya, Etherium Shaper, These are Commanders that are competitive and have a lot of utility. marath works well, my deck has beat face and combos.
Breya is a 4 color commander with lots of utility. Although I did partners in that color combination.

Marath is sweet atm im testing decks in untap.in i think ill make a list for him and test it out

I have to put my hat in for Trostani. I'm really enjoying throwing a bunch of huge dudes down, Blade of Selves is a must. If your meta isn't super combo centric, gaining lots of life puts you at an advantage. And big dudelies.

Fyr you would want to upgrade it a lot but Erebos, God of the Undying is a very fun deck that's mono colored that could actually become more competitive if I didn't have a tight budget

You could run an Azorius control deck. Trostoni is my favorite Selysnia commander. Rys is probabaly the best Sylesmia commander. You could go Shu Yun voltron. I know you said you didn't want a beet face commander but instead of artifacts and enchantments you're using instants and sorceries. Just some ideas.
