Heres my build if you are interested

Im sorry to tell you, but your mana reflection + mirrari/zendikar doesnt work like that.
If you have all 3 enchantments out, each land will produce 4 mana, not 6.
Mirrari and Zendikar are triggered mana abilities, and Mana Reflection is a replacement effect. As Mana Reflection is not a triggered ability, you cannot 'stack' it how you want.
Basically, when you tap the land for mana, Mana Reflection causes it to produce 2 mana instead as a replacement effect. Then Wake's and Zendikar's triggered mana abilities add their additional 1 each. For a total of 4 mana.

Vedalken Certarch But you probs wont have the craft for it.
Rimewind Taskmage But 4 snow may be late to get.
Stonybrook Angler But paying 2 to tap a critter isnt really playable.

Im not sure how much benefit you would be getting out of adding red, usually Red is splashed for the removal, but you are sort of planning on having Assassin as your main form of removal I figured.
That, and the cost of assassin means you are going to have a fairly demanding color requirements. So unless there is some important tech in red, I might just leave it out.

Yeah, it was all of those 1 drop red spells that target creatures that confused me towards the aim of your deck. I figured the only reason you would run those would be to get a bunch of copies, since cards like Brute Force really do nothing for the deck otherwise, and you would probably be better off running lightning bolt and friends(Since apparently they are just in because they are 1 drops).
Also, if you are looking to 'hard cast' 25-35 spells in a turn, you are going to reliably need 35-70 mana available in that turn. Which is insanely high, and you might as well just burn them for X with Fireball . You might get lucky with a couple copied Mana Geyser s, or be lucky enough to have a huge field of critters for Battle Hymm, but otherwise, I dont see a lotta ways to get to 35-70ish mana. Maybe Im missing something?
And at the point where you are expecting to have 35+ mana, Nehiri's Wrath costing 2 more than Firestorm should be meaningless. Besides, Firestorm literally doesnt work they way you thought, so if you want that alternate wincon still, Nehiri's Wrath it is.
Or you can just cheat and keep it in there, and hope nobody catches you on it ;P

On a side note, I have noticed that a lot of people try to use Zada's copies to get a high storm count, and that actually doesnt work.
When Zada copies a spell, that spell is not actually cast, it is simply created on the stack, and thus all the copied spells do not count towards your storm count, only the original one that you targeted Zada with does.
I hope that information doesnt destroy your deck concept.

But since I burst your bubble, the least I can do is offer a replacement :)
Nahiri's Wrath should fill the slot. Its better and worse. It costs more, and doesnt work with lands, but you dont need a ton of cards(just CMC) in hand.
Theres also another version of it that you can discard at random, and it hits all creatures for X where X is the CMC of discarded cards. Cant remember what its called though. Its nice as it acts as a red boardwipe potentially.

EternalEDH Sadly no, it doesnt work like that. You need to choose X targets, and you cannot choose the same target more than once. :(

Personally, Im a fan of Prodigal sorcerer and curiosity for my high tide :P

Dorotheus Torment for 10, and then Torment for 10 the next turn, is faster to get to than Torment for 20. But thats just the bnus of running Kess :)
Aside: Love me some Disrupt Decorum in kess :D
February 9, 2019 4:51 a.m.
Wouldnt the Firestorm + Arcbond + Zada, not work, because Firestorm has to target X creatures? Unless you are only discarding 1 card, but thats not very effective.
February 8, 2019 5:43 p.m.
So what am I missing here? As Zada doesnt 'cast' the copies of spells he makes, the copies dont count towards Storm triggers. So when Zada copies a spell 5 times that targeted him, it still only counts as one spell being cast for a storm count.
Its late, and Im probably just missing something obvious here. Please fill me in :)

How fast should an EDH burn deck be? As fast as it can.
You are inherently playing on "Hard Mode" if you are trying to play burn in EDH. Not only do you have multiple opponents, but they also have twice as much life each. So while burn works in other formats because 1-mana-and-a-card-for-3-damage is efficient, it becomes far less efficient when its 3-mana-and-3-cards-for-1.5-damage per opponent.
But, if you are dead set on it... Kess is a pretty good choice. Although I would probably play Neheb instead myself because he epitomizes red burn, and if Im forcing burn in EDH, I figure I might as well do it balls deep. And boy does he ever! But yeah, Kess is just more versatile and has access to other colors for support, so she is obviously the 'stronger' choice.
Since card advantage is integral, and (Player)burn is theoretically always card disadvantage, you need to keep those cards relevant or else donate a lot of card slots to draw/manipulation in order to keep a stocked hand/grave. Kess helps out a ton with the gravecasts, but unless you are running a lot of big costed spells, the graveyard stays pretty trim. Basically what Im saying is that bigger burn will be more effective than little burn. A 'Double' cast X burn spell might kill, but you would need to 'Double' cast 5 little burns to do the same. Fewer card slots needed, and fewer turns needed to use cast them repeatedly from the grave.
Some cards I would recomend for kess:
Torment of Hailfire Its already been mentioned a few times. Hailfire once sucks, but when you do it again the very next turn... ouch.
Secrets of the Dead No brainer.
Mana Geyser Because if you want mana, you want a LOT of mana, right? Double cast this to power an X spell like Hailfire FTW.
Exsanguinate Its a classic. Being able to double cast it makes it a double classic, right?
Arterial Flow Probably wont ever get the drain-gain, but double casting this at almost any point in the game empties peoples hands generally. Syphon Mind is another alternative that is slightly less harsh on your opponents, but more benificial for you.
Forbid or any other card with buyback. You can buyback cards you cast from your grave. In the case of forbid here, discarding isnt much of an issue.
Some oddball suggestions:
Sphinx-Bone Wand Might take a turn or two to 'charge up', but once it is, it can dish out insane amounts of damage.
Adeliz, the Cinder Wind OK, not burn, but I have found her to be exceptional. You are pretty much garunteed to be casting two twiggers, meaning between her and Kess they are swinging in for 9 damage in the air. The pairing of these two has won me a number of games.
