Get out some gearhulks and then use Supernatural Stamina and Fling on either Zada, Hedron Grinder or Mirrorwing Dragon to throw all your creatures and then get them all back with all those ETB effects happening again. Early lifegain with Kari Zev's Expertise and Grotesque Mutation will help get you to turn 6 to drop Noxious Gearhulk to gain a little more life and then after you've dropped a few more gearhulks, go fling crazy!
