A weird style burn deck. This deck's purpose is primarily to cause the opponents to lose life because either you gained life or they were supposed to gain life.

This is accomplished with Tainted Remedy, Vizkopa Guildmage, and Sanguine Bond.

Since this deck revolves around making sure the right person gains life at the right time, most of the creatures in the deck come with lifelink. Additionally, it is important for the opponent to fall on their own sword with Tainted Remedy. This is why so many of the instant and enchantment cards give a creature lifelink. It can be surprising when the enemy swings with a 6/6 and ends up taking 6 damage themselves from the Grotesque Mutation.
