New Top Lists Update! —Jan. 29, 2012

Thanks everyone for boosting this to the top list on Tappedout!

Originally I had created this, tried it on Cockatrice, gotten stomped and threw it away. Now that I see all the love it has gotten, I will put more effort into it. As of now I've added in and removed quite a lot. Here's what I did.

1) Decided that I should stop kidding myself and build a B/W tokens deck that splashes red. With this in min Gut Shot left. I think that with more definite forms of control(aka Doomblade) I can do a bit more, plus I should out-race regular U/W humans. The Inkmoth Nexuses of Wolf Run could be a problem though.

2) I really, REALLY like Bloodline Keeper  Flip, so I'm going to play with him. Also, him + Sorin, Lord of Innistrad = sex.

3) I'm thinking Wurmcoil Engine/Grave Titan in here somewhere. I'm going to try this deck out tomorrow and see if I need a more definite win con.

Give me more suggestions and +1s :D I really appreciate it. Sideboard help is always nice, and U/W humans are running rampant...

+1 for an awesome, inventive deck. Also, have you considered adding Ravenous Demon?

Exchange Gut Shot for Geistflame for the flashback =)

Also, why not try Bloodline Keeper?

@dquinn - Thanks, Ravenous Demon is a really good idea, so far he isn't in the Tappedout database so I can't add him to the deck just yet, any suggestions on what to remove for him. I'm thinking as a 1 of?

@elbenji - The reason for Gut Shot over Geistflame is because this is really a white deck, that splashes for other colors, I also try to use all my mana every turn, so having a -2 life casting cost really helps. After testing this I might make that exchange though. As for Bloodline Keeper  Flip  FlipMTG Card: Lord of Lineage, I like it and I think I'll put it in as a 1 of, what do you suggest removing for it?

Hmmm, alright!

Well I would probably take out increasing devotion for the sake of mana distribution. It's kind of like Army of the Damned in which its nice, but Gather the Townsfolk does its job better.

I would avoid the ravenous demon. It seems really, really, fun, but not competitive outside of limited. He's a big hassle to work with in a format with a lot of removal. There's just too many ways he can hurt you in standard.

I like the deck, though. I plan on using the aristocrat in my Zombies with a Vengeance!. Give it a look.

Vault of the ArchangelMTG Card: Vault of the Archangel could be really strong in this deck. I know it might have some mana problems, but it would be solid for the amount of bodies you make. +1/+1 lifelink deathtouch to all your creatures seems really strong here. Also, I might recommend a couple more lands, you don't want to miss land drops in this meta.

Have you considered 1x as a finisher?

Would love some help with my version (added Curse of BloodlettingMTG Card: Curse of Bloodletting):

Quoting you "really all that can stop it is an oblivion ring."

if Oblivion RingMTG Card: Oblivion Ring is the only thing that can stop something, then please explain to me in a deck that is largely white why you dont have Ray of RevelationMTG Card: Ray of Revelation on the sideboard? Now enchantments aren't even a problem.

Like this deck, but needs Ray of RevelationMTG Card: Ray of Revelation on the side/mainboard.
