So just built a merfolk deck on a budget.. Don't have the cash for aether vial or mutavault.

Also trying to keep all cards under $5 a piece please.

Only trying to make this competitive in my casual group(10-12 plp).

I've always loved the idea of merfolks but never got around to building them until now.

So please give me your suggestions.
