prison term is a must swap out dark banishing for doom blade.
Artifacts aren't needed for that infinite life combo, you can also go for Shaman en-Kor he gets the job done.
other suggestions are: Rotlung Reanimator, Cabal Archon, True Believer, Grand Abolisher, Dark Supplicant, Scion of Darkness, Mother of Runes, Cavern of Souls, Patriarch's Bidding, Weathered Wayfarer and Eight-and-a-Half-Tails
If you really want to make it a good deck, Vindicate, Thoughtseize and a few dual/fetch lands could come in handy, but those kind of things are pricey as hell... And seeing the budget range of this deck suggest they're out of the question. No worries there are a lot of budget cards for this deck.

Pacifism is a rather weak card. I would recommend something like Prison Term , card:Faith's Fetters or Oblivion Ring in its place. Oblivion Ring is my preference as it can dispose of everything but land.
