So I built this deck with the idea of blue control paired with red creature pressure. Young pyromancer gets elemental out on my opponents turn whenever I counter or disrupt spells. If purphoros is out I can use that to continually hit the opponent for direct damage. The hammer lets me use elementals on the turn I cast them. Master of waves triggers all of these and makes the elementals stronger. Thassa and her Bident allow me to get through my deck faster to get the right card. Meletis charlatan allows me to copy spells to get more triggers off yp and artisan of forms allows me to adjust and get extra creatures if I need to have other things. As a side note, I have not tweaked this deck with anything from born of the gods. My starting ideas are adding some nullifies and crypsis to replace some essence scatter and triton tactics.
