Carrion Feeder provides a sac outlet and synergizes well with Mortician Beetle. If you get the right draws, it's easy to play a Bone Picker at the end of turn 2. Supernatural Stamina provides protection and recursion, and can be used to pump Nested Shambler and turn him into 3 tokens, or get double-value out of a creature like Serrated Scorpion.
