A tweak on my Parasitical Grixis list focused more on forcing the opponent to draw lots of cards.
DRAW
4x Howling Mine: Does exactly what it says. Losing it hurts, but there's enough redundancy in here that getting Abrupt Decay'd buys us a turn anyway.
4x Temple Bell: This is important because it's free after the initial cost. I can activate whenever I like, which absolutely matters in this deck. Otherwise, kind of boring.
4x Teferi's Puzzle Box: A 4-drop I'm not excited about. Pretty much, it wins the game, though, so I'll take it.
4x Spellbook: No, this doesn't draw us cards, but in a sense, it does. No max hand size for free? I'll take it in a deck where drawing cards isn't a problem.
4x Lore Broker: A cheaper Temple Bell that doesn't do the opponent any favors, and sets up our trap nicely.
4x Jace's Archivist: This isn't ideal, given our trap cards requiring mana, but bang for buck it sets up a nice win condition.
2x Kami of the Crescent Moon: See Howling Mine, add upside.
4x Fevered Visions: An excellent hybrid between setup and payoff. Nothing more to say about it, really.
TRAPS
4x Runeflare Trap: This is our primary win condition. It's also cheap enough to play multiple times. Nice.
4x
Cerebral Vortex
: Pretty much Runeflare Traps 5-8 with major downside. But hey, two extra cards, right?
STRENGTHS
This deck deals damage directly dummy. Against grindy midrange, this wins in a flash. It also provides no end to card advantage, allowing you to play your best card pretty consistently.
WEAKNESSES
As much as I love the idea, this deck does not defend. For a deck that has a Turn 2 nut draw and wins consistently on Turn 4, that's fine, but this deck does neither. I'm going to post it, but please don't try this out, as it will fail.
