Infinite Indestructible Token Lands

Modern Artifact Budget Colorless Jank

Sirplop

Also known as Thomas the Tank Engine.

Something Stupid I've been thinking about.

For now, a theory for a completely colorless* kinda-tanky engine deck. I don't know. Don't judge.

It makes land. Infinite land, to be precise. Infinite indestructible token lands, to be even more precise. It's janky and weird, but "It Just Works".

Myr Galvanizer and Palladium Myr for mana and tapping candidates to use Clock of Omens. Imprint Darksteel Citadel onto Prototype Portal. Tap Prototype Portal to make indestructible token land, untap with Clock of Omens, repeat.

Hedron Rover is there to be funny and provide a win con. And then there's the charge counter stuff which is kinda on the side to win.

Fun Fact: You can Imprint Prototype Portal onto itself, and cast infinite copies of that.

Also I guess it's budget because it's about ~$50 but who would build this deck if you were under a budget?

  • The deck is completely devoid of color - there is no possible way it can produce any colored mana by itself.
