what about harabaz druid and sea gate loremaster? spreading seas or strength of the tajuru would be better than eel umbra i think. maybe jwari shapeshifter and oran-rief survivalist would be good ideas as well. cool deck idea.

i considered Strength of the Tajuru but couldn't find room.. but im not ditching Eel Umbra s 'cause they protect my creatures due their flash casting and totem armor and give Protean Hydra static +1/+1.
Oran-Rief Survivalist is on my want list cause they are only 2 cmc and good for the beginning of the match. What should i take out to place those?

I love Allies and proliferate. So, here's my 2 cents:
I've never been a fan of running one copy of something in a deck unless I have a searcher for it. That being said, I would drop the dispell, contagion engine, and quest for the gemblades for 4 Vines of Vastwood .
I would drop scute mob and thrumming bird for 4 Oran-Rief Survivalist . The mob grows slower than any ally and allies already kind of proliferate, which makes them a better choice over thrumming bird.
Oran-Rief, the Vastwood might be a good addition as well.
Hope this helps. Have fun!

I think I'd either make this a pure ally deck, or take out the allies. Crab Umbra would be great with Harabaz Druid in this. I still think I'd rather use something like mana leak or canopy cover instead of eel umbra.

for reference Harabaz Druid also your running three colors i would take advantage of this and throw in Sea Gate Loremaster for draw power and Jwari Shapeshifter also with so many different colors either Birds of Paradise or Harabaz Druid is a must for both the different colors and mana ramp to play your allays faster and your Protean Hydra for more than the lands you control because he doesn't have trample so you really need to go all out and make him big.
however this deck i see red as more of a comodity so I may suggest taking out the red spells and going with strait up U/G allay instead.
