Pretty sure this deck is illegal. Isn't the deck only supposed to contain the colors of your chosen commander? That being said, literally everything except white or artifact should not be here.

Pretty sure color identity does not only include a card’s color, but also any color symbols within it’s text box. Tazri has WUBRG in it’s text box, so any card not banned in edh can be played alongside her.

Ive been looking at the 420 Budget version of this deck. However i do have a majority of cards required for the higher budget variations. Do you have a Card by card swap out list. of what is changed to each individual card in the budget lists.

I don't understand how the combo trigger the life gain because aren't those guys you exile play not allies so they wouldn't trigger the effect?

Madmov the CFE creatures will net you infinite mana that allow you to then cast Tazri infinitely from command zone, triggering all Rally effects

ShaperSavant I really really like your deck. I have built in paper as a slightly different $1000 version modified to my playgroup. I saw the recent change from Regrowth to Reap as I follow this deck and your work on this website closely. Could you justify whether this change is solely due to the fact that your playgroup plays a lot of black, or is this a significant response to the shift of the competitive community, considering I see a lot of K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth and similar decks tried in cEDH. The questionable part I have is that Reap states "permanents" which, based on our situation could be hard to pull off. Please let me know, as I am really curious. Thanks.

Flawless_Sin The meta as I experience it has favored playing Reap over Regrowth, especially with how common place black permanents are, such as Tymna, Gitrog, Bob, DRS, and others. Reap's ceiling is much higher with the potential for multiple cards recurred and at instant speed. I am very partial to Reap and unless given a specific meta where it didn't work I would play Reap into the blind.

endlessneckrolls Tazri’s ability contains all 5 colors, therefore her color identity is 5 color. It is the same for Najeela, Ramos, and morophon.

One question I had is what would be our win con if Food Chain gets exiled with Praetors Grasp? That seems to be a common hate card these day

mericci815 Pull from Eternity or Riftsweeper can be helpful if you face that card a lot. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, alt win-con here is Laboratory Maniac .

Flawless_Sin pull from eternity and riftsweeper both target face up cards so the lab man is really your only line unless you're set with counters for grasp.

I recommend adding a Lion's Eye Diamond to the deck.

There's a god hand T1 win with Food Chain but it requires 6 specific cards.
-Food Chain
-Ancient Tomb
-Squee, the Immortal
-Mox Diamond
-Any other land to discard to Mox Diamond
-Lion's Eye Diamond

1)Play Ancient Tomb and Mox Diamond discarding any other land.
2)Tap for three mana to play Food Chain
3)Cast Lion's Eye Diamond discarding Squee and any other card.
4)Make three red mana from L.E.D and cast Squee from the graveyard to make infinite coloured mana off of FC.
5)Cast the commander, fetch the wincon, play it and proceed to win the game by casting the commander infinitely to FC.

I just added Oracle of Thassa, Instead one of the 3 play-from-exile creatures (in my case, Misthollow Griffon) as a extra win condition (since the deck already runs Demonic Consultation). It seems to run just fine.

Food chain is one of my favorite combo cards. I've brewed an Uro deck with it that I think stands out. I need to build FCT soon. Might go with the $1k budget one. Thanks for sharing this. Please feel free to check my decks out and add some input.

Needs more dual mountains or a mountain. Not reliably getting the combo off cause theres not enough red to cast or use squee.
