Tried of getting just one artifact when you cast one? Well with Building Blue, you don't have to. Just get out Efficient Construction to create those 1/1 thopters. Getting rolled over in the early game? Just use ornithopter and skygate to buy you some time. Note: The fastest the deck will win on is turn 7/8. After that, you should be able to kill you opponent two turns later. If you have a chance to get out a second Efficient Construction, I highly recommend it.
