This is the Blue White Azorius deck that I run. I'm a fairly casual player, so I made a deck using a lot of what I already had, which is why there is only one Angelic Skirmisher. If you were to run this deck, you could leave Angelic Skirmisher out and add either another land or any blue control instant.
The deck is centered around two combos. The first is by using Steel of the Godhead to enchant either Augury Adept or Daxos of Meletis to give them two +1/+1 counters and make them unblockable with lifegain. Then, when you attack with either, the damage will go directly to the player (due to them being unblockable) and activate their abilities lifegain abilites. Ideally you can get either Augury Adept or Daxos of Meletis to a 6/6 Unblockable with lifegain.
The other combo I run is Cathedral Membrane and Valor Made Real. The idea is that if you are playing someone with a creature heavy deck, you bait them into attacking with a lot of creatures with toughness 6 or less. You use Valor Made Real to block all attacking creatures and deal six damage to each.
Thistledown Liege is included to make all other creatures get +2/+2 and Esper Stormblade is included to have a cheap 3/2 flying creature.
I also include blue counter spells. Negate and Render Silent are there to counter any attempts at getting rid of Augury Adept or Daxos of Meletis, and Ojutai's Command is there to either counter a creature spell or draw a card.
Lastly, I keep two Cylonic Rifts in the sideboard for larger multiplayer games.
